Partly blurred for privacy reasons
The challenge
Die Eventhandwerker rent out event technology, furniture and complete event modules and manage their inventory in Rentman. The goal was a website that guides customers, via their occasion and matching modules, to exactly the equipment they really need, without anything having to be maintained twice.
Our solution
Rentman, the industry software used by Die Eventhandwerker, offers an excellent interface. Through it, we sync the entire equipment inventory, instantly with every change. On our side, it all becomes clear: we sort everything into groups and modules, and the modules in turn into occasions. This guides every visitor step by step to exactly what they need, and their enquiry lands straight back in Rentman. Planning tools have since been added: in the 3D planner, parties can be planned entirely visually, with real equipment that you place in the room live. The project is live and keeps growing, and we're not running out of ideas.
