The challenge

Over many years, the agency has built up an enormous wealth of knowledge about its customers, in a folder structure that grew over time, with thousands of files, contracts and notes. Together with Christian Santos Andrino, we are turning this into a system that does everything the office needs: secure on servers in Germany, with file storage, customer files, email, phone, consultations and AI in one place.

Our solution

CSA Office is turning this knowledge, step by step, into a clear structure. Every file is individually encrypted, the file storage works just like Windows Explorer, and files open in Word and save straight back. The customer file shows contracts, relationships, notes and follow-ups. Our own email client brings every mailbox into the system and assigns every email to the right customer, and every call from the phone system instantly appears with the right customer. The consultation according to DIN 77230 runs full screen on the iPad, after which the AI rates each area with a traffic light. The AI reads scans and handwriting, summarises documents, reads in contracts from photos and helps with writing, all via servers in Germany. The whole development has two goals: the data is secure, with every file encrypted, its own servers in Germany and GDPR compliance from the very start. And the customer is at the centre, precisely because we build many advisory tools ourselves that make the conversation with them easier and better. The list of ideas is long: CSA Office grows every day.
