Do I need to install anything?
No. You download the program, start it, and it runs straight away. After the session, you simply close it again.
Does it work on a Mac too?
Yes. The program is available for Windows and for Macs with Apple silicon. Remote support doesn't work on phones or tablets.
Windows shows a warning when I start it. Is that a problem?

So can MP Media just access my computer?
No. We only get onto your screen if you accept the connection with a click. You see everything we do and can end the session at any time.
