The challenge
A large firm that covers all work stages juggles thousands of projects and tens of thousands of contacts, from building owners and clients to tradespeople and specialist planners, plus tenders, contracts, invoices and meeting reports. All of this was to come together in one system, tailored exactly to the way the firm works, and building owners and partners were to be able to see at any time where their project stands.
Our solution
VisionARCH has grown with the firm over more than 15 years and is now in its fourth generation. The whole firm works with it, every day. The software accompanies a project through all work stages, from the very first file to the expiry of the last warranty: projects and contacts, tenders with bid comparisons, contract awards with contract templates and change orders, the checking of interim and final invoices with retentions and guarantees, cost tracking according to DIN 276, meeting reports, defects, time tracking and holidays. Building owners, specialist planners and contractors are connected via the extranet: they see the costs and status of their projects, the construction diary and the 3D model.
