The challenge

AI can take an enormous amount of work off the hands of companies and public authorities. But to do so, it has to work inside their own systems and comply with the strict data protection rules that apply to them.

Our solution

Our AI assistant is a digital office worker with the strictest data protection built in from the very start. It has a local memory on our server, the language models run in Germany, and even web searches don't go to Google but via Staan, the European search index. Through connectors, it works inside the client's systems: phone system, Microsoft 365, website and social media, even online banking. Each connector must first be connected by the client themselves, and for online banking they also confirm access in their bank's app. Only then can the assistant tell you, for example, how much money is in the account. New connectors are added every day. Clients get their own assistant with their own logo, their own colours and their own address, and at every step they can see which data goes where.
