The challenge
Cities want to keep their town centres alive. To do so, they need to know what is vacant and what is about to become vacant, and quickly find suitable new tenants. The tool for this should be so simple that everyone enjoys using it in their day-to-day work.
Our solution
CityLS is a completely new concept for vacancy management and is currently in development. You draw an area on the official map, and the inventory from the land registry and open data is ready in seconds, with every building at its true height in 3D. Buildings, spaces, occupancies and contacts share one common database. An early warning system shows where a space will soon become vacant, the tenant search matches requests for space and suggests suitable chains, and the AI explains the reasoning behind every assessment. Vacant spaces appear on a public property marketplace with a detailed listing. Consulting firms use CityLS under their own name for their cities, and personal data never goes to Google or to the AI.
